The Clubhouse - Restaurant — Restaurant in South Island

Had two breakfasts here while staying at the resort and thoroughly enjoyed the meals, which were well balanced and presented. Good range of hot breakfast options, no cold options though. Drinks were not included in the pre-paid resort breakfast deal which was a surprise. Could order additionally to other menu items and display sweets as well.

Staff were flexible with our timing and very kind to let us have a later breakfast on the day we were checking out. Also happy to accommodate dietary preferences for the dishes we ordered, such as replacing sauces or preparing eggs differently.

Nice ambiance with a stunning view (golf course with the mountain ranges in the backdrop). A bit chilly in the winter!

We went here after a hike since it was the closest café. We sat outside on the terrace in the warm sunlight🌞. We had a stunning view of the mountains and the golf facility, and we could just enjoy life! The prices were okay (6$ for a Chai Latte, 12$ for fries) since the portions were very generous and everything was very tasty😋. The service was very friendly and our food was ready...

This is the cafe next to the pro shop at the fabulous Terrace Downs golf resort. Spectacular views with both indoor and outdoor seating, looking right over the postcard worthy scenery. This is also where breakfast is served if staying at the hotel..Staff were super friendly and helpful when we visited in December 2023....
