Lovely small town lunch bar with a very friendly service and appropriate prices. Coffee and soy latte were perfect! The sandwiches, rolls and pies are freshly made and the variety of cakes and sweets is great. My wife enjoyed her custard slice for breakfast. The cafe had many sweet slices and a savoury scone or chips to cater for vegetarians. I thought this a lack of variety. A great selection otherwise. The sandwiches contained amazing amounts of filling but all had ham or chicken which could easily have been substituted for a poached egg. The staff are always friendly and welcoming in this busy cafe. The premises are very clean. I was impressed that when I received my pot of tea, I was asked if I wanted hot water too.
