Although named a cafe, it's more like a restaurant. It was suggested by a friend and I must say the place lived up to the expectations. There are quite a few different kind of platters, serve through out the day which should be fine for most (non-vegetarian) people. Their speciality is that, everything they serve are home grown (i.e. meat and vegetables). Quantity/price is compatible to "good" restaurants (average $26+). There is art for sale on the walls which was also a nice extra touch. So delishish, glad we came. Added a pic if the hand cut fries, we do not know how they were so yum!! Read moreLovely setting in Orepuki in a well restored Villa, only approx 40 minutes from Invercargill via Riverton. Good selection of food available, they can cater for special dietary requirements, just let them before hand. Our meals were well presented, fresh and tasty. They did check on our group several times to make sure we were OK, as it was very busy preparing xmas.
