Plimmerton Boating Club — Restaurant in Wellington

My wife and I had our wedding reception here and the experience was fantastic. The venue is great with beautiful views out to sea. The evening started well as I was greeted by the manager at the door with a Tuatara APA beer. The variety of food was good and the food was excellent; many of the guests made positive comments about the food as well as the good range of beer and wine available. Would highly recommend anyone considering having their wedding reception...

Ordered 2 drinks waited over 20 mins had to go to counter twice excuse we just had walking group in .Eventually got drinks but had to take back because they were cold they made us 2 more but still what we would class has hot or as beristed said volcano never seen a volcano that was lukewarm.What is it with New Zealand coffee shop do they not know how to make HOT drinks will not be going back .Lovely views...

Bruce and I got Married at the boat Club in sept we had a little over 120 guests with plenty of room to dance and mingle. Everyone couldnt rave more about the food, table layout and dressings it looked amazing. Most of the guests stayed in nearby accomadation like Moana Lodge and The Spinnaker Motel otherwise Uber and the train got everyone home safely....awesome venue will defiantly...
