The service in the table is excellent, however the food was terrible, I ordered the famous mixed grill, the food was served to me after 55 minutes after ordering, they did NOT put me a salad so I reminded the waiter and he quickly brought me some lettuces with an excess of bottle dressing, a pico de gallo without flavor and too spicy I was able to eat, honestly the food was badly poorly prepared, the chicken and beef meats had no marinade at all, the ground beans were in a state of decomposition, the shrimp and lobsters were half raw and the drinks I ordered were by the way juices of bottles that the waiter told me was natural that it was bottled and there were 3 quarters of ice in the Cup and 1 quarter of juice, the atmosphere was lively but I felt that suddenly there was a stink like sewer that invaded the place, after all my claims to the waiter and head waiter 10% imposed "voluntary" on the bill without asking me if I wanted or without leaving me with no choice, I do not recommend this lu since their prices are not worth the quality since they do not have it, it is a pity, because in another time it...

Food delivery was incredibly slow, as in over two hours to get lunch, even though there were only handful of other families there. There was a great surplus of waiters and waitresses, most of whom spent a great deal of time socializing with each other around the bar, which leads one to the conclusion that it was the kitchen that was slow. Regardless, when the issue of the delay was mentioned, they took the waiter's tip off the check, even though the delay was the kitchen's fault.

Prices are set for tourists, which means that you'll pay what you would pay in the US for the food, which as one silver lining, wasn't bad.

As an aside, this experience is very similar to what I experienced year 2 years ago the last time I was in country. I was hoping things have gotten better.

The view is fantastic, and is the reason they're probably still in business. It also accounts for the second star on my rating of this place, otherwise, it would be a one star.

We used to go every year in our family vacation, but after what was done to us on August 12 , 2016 , we are not going back again. First, we were charged for the swimming pool use.
