Though the current competition the quality is still low and prices are still high compared to other. I think for bab salam to maintain it's current competitive market compare to the new Istanbul restaurant opposite, a strong market force and attention is to be provided to its clients and services. J'ai apprécié mon repas, cependant beaucoup l'endroit etait trop bruyant donc je n'ai pas pu me détendre, une mise à jour après 6 mois depuis mon dernier. Bab salam n'a pas changé ni mis à jour son statut. Bien que la concurrence actuelle, la qualité est toujours faible et les prix sont toujours élevés par rapport aux autres. Je pense que pour que bab salam maintienne son marché concurrentiel actuel par rapport au nouveau restaurant d'Istanbul en face, une forte force de marché et une attention particulière doivent être accordées à ses clients et à ses services.
