Kadis Pizza — Restaurant in Edo State

Extremely poor customer service! I was asked to pay online before picking up my pizza! Preparation time was said to be 20 minutes. I paid and arrived at the pizza in 15 minutes. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes and I witnessed my pizza being made right before me. No apologies or explanation whatsoever! This business has very poor form and customer service! The food wasn't so great, the sharwarma and meat pie to be precise, especially for the price they're selling it. The dough was too hard and the beef sharwarma tasted like stew and meat. But the atmosphere was really chill, I enjoyed my time with my friends but I'll never return there. Also, customer service sucks, they didn't have a menu so we had to be asking for the price...

I don't like the open view very much but it's not bad at all actually, I am just someone that's like that, the food service is very good, some items need to be worked on in the pizza and pastries but generally it's a lovely experience for chatting...
