Hospitality is about opening your establishment to SERVE in a hospitable manner, care of details, and you must ensure that CONSISTENT PRACTICE & COMMUNICATION exist to carry along your customers!
I went on a visit here to DOMINO PIZZA with family that came visiting. We were disappointed! And spent lots to top it all!
Why was i dissapointed? Yes, I was because I love and use to trust this brand knew what it was doing!!
Fine the PIZZA was still Dominino Pizza And the Ice cream still GREAT CORNERSTONE ICE CREAM!
But, biko the HOT AMBIENCE Killed and "melted" all our ice cream appetite! An excitement oh!
Whoops!! Instead of us "chilling" away happy with our ice cream and pizza to cool us.
Ewoo!! We were sweating PROFUSELY!! With the ice cream oh!! Ogaju!( I.e. it was to much, a mean, something else)
No communication! No apologies! No Manager! ZERO Customer centric focus to say the least.
Perhaps the management knowing there was definitely a problem of providing energy to air condition their space.
They still have before they loose all their customers, if this is still the case. A chance to perhaps buy at least standing fans to cool their quick service restaurant, while customers are visiting.
The situation they left us, after ordering and noticing, sweating away as it was late, we could go elsewhere, so we decided to endure! Will not make us even if the pizza there is served with "Gold" go there again!! No way ( only of I am offered a free pizza and ice cream in compensation in a well AC Branch- readers you can SMILE at this, if it is you will you not accept this BEST offerπ€ππ) So that said.
Please, corner Stone ice cream advise also so that the image of your two GREAT BRAND remain memorable in our minds.
While I conclude that I think these two brands owe us a complimentary pizza and ice cream in one of their WELL VENTILATED BRANCH, then I sure will write a different review here. Abd update you all reading here, if not that will be "unkind" of me don't you think?π€π After eating a FREE PIZZA & ICE-CREAM!
Let's see it happen first then you sure will hear from me. Abi? A bargain is a bargain!π€
But, for now this is encouraging appropriate BUSINESS PRACTICE.
If there is a problem communicate to customers, provide alternatives. Even rent or put your chairs outside, do something to show you are thinking of your customers. They are not coming for FREE? They are paying for a service that includes Great ambience expectations.

The attendant have me a fet pos which she knew wasn't working with kuda atm and made me use it. When it didn't work she now said she forgot it doesn't work with kuda i should pay another 21k. Had to involve the manager cause she went ahead to tell the security not to let us pass when she knew it was her fault. It was a really bad day for me. Got there by 10 left by 6 cause of all this drama.
