I placed an order online from the Cold Stone at Gbagada, and it was neither acknowledged nor delivered up to 2 hours after. I had to follow up with a call and apparently their rider had just headed out with another order and mine wasn't part of it. It's just ridiculous service if you're not there in person.

I experience better service at Ajao Estate Cold Stone though. When I place an order there, they call me to confirm and send my order at the earliest. But for Gbagada, this is the 2nd or 3rd time I'm getting such poor service. They really...

It should be clearly stated NO ONLINE ORDERS because what you currently do is very shabby and unprofessional. You call in and you are asked to text in your order, you text and no acknowledgement, you call back and they tell you they don’t know when your order will be...
