The food is nice and the place is conducive but your staff like communication, I mean they don't know how to talk to customers and that's very absurd and bad, no matter how small is the food I order , I'm still a customer and they should know how to react or attend to customer.

Moreover a customer should have one or two things he or she will be benefit from you, apart from transaction.

This morning I came to main sto boost my phone and when I saw that there's no light I went out, the next thing your staff we do is to call me back and tell me not to pass that place. My question to her is that I'm I new here or this is my first time eaten here. Moreover I'm not a visitor, we are neighbors, I mean I live behind the main store and she talked to me anyhow.

Pls talk to them , to know how to talk to people. God has bless this business and they should not scatter it.

I ordered four spoons of rice from iya meta and it's so small. There's barely any stew. It looks like someone has taken out of the order Not to even talk about the exactly 30 minutes delivery from the rider's pick up down to delivery on chow deck app. The previous times that I ordered from the restaurant, the food is wrapped, I wonder why this order isn't. I am really scared to eat this food because for something to be taken out also means something can be added. I am an ulcer patient, waiting an hour to eat because I ordered! Food is super affordable and tastes like home cooked food. They are available for almost 24 hours. It's somewhere you go to at 12 midnight and still be sure you're getting hot fresh food cos the food keeps getting made in batches. Huge portions are served. It could be a bit difficult to locate. It's quite difficult to get food during peak hours. Their customer care is alright. They try to be as hygienic as possible but I feel they could do better with their surrounding environment.
