Madie Grazz is an exquisite hangout. This place is built to cater for the affluent market. It is also tastefully decorated with Hollywood themes in mind with pictures of Ray Charles, Snoop Dogg, Michael Jackson, Dr Dre embedded in the wall art decor. The front lower ground is the restaurant which caters largely to satisfy African/Nigerian dishes. The back lower ground floor is the bar, which also has a snooker table for the entertainment of guests. The air-conditioning is simply excellent in a country where constant electricity supply is a challenge. The entire upper floor is a state-of-the-art night club, although it also functions during the day. It is lavishly furnished and the whole ambience is awesome. This is a fantastic place to entertain any new-catch, or a place to impress a business partner. This place is a delightful place to relax. The only doenside is that you will probably need a bank loan to have a good time here. A bottle of local beers will usually cost you four (4 times) what it costs even in the next shop. Mardie Grazz is a new restaurant, lounge and grill space that's newly opened on Akala Express Way Ibadan. It's hard to miss because it has such beautiful lighting and decor from outside. My girlfriends and I ordered Chapman, asun, fries & grilled turkey and then peppersoup. I'll say there were few downsides, first our Chapman was served in shaky glasswares and believe it when I say my straw looked bitten, service wasn't prompt as expected because we kept calling on the waiter, he wasn't so responsive. Second, they didn't indicate if their fries were sweet or Irish potatoes. Did I forget to add that the Chapman looked very light, tasted bland and over priced. Asun was hard, took extra effort to chew and was blazing hot! The only upsides were that the grilled Turkey was well seasoned and the pepper soup was a large portion with a fine blend of savoury and sweet. General ambience is okay, got to know that the restaurant arm would be open next month...
