Their delivery services are terrible. Everytime I've ordered from them their food always comes 15minutes to 1 hour late even if you call them in the morning and want the food delivered in the afternoon. Their second biggest problem is their staff and their nasty attitude. They need to work on that or else it's going to kill their business. How can you be a restaurant and your staff don't know how to 1. Take accountablity, 2. Resolve problems, and 3. Call the delivery man on time. Good luck to anyone who wants to buy from them. Just know that if you don't have patience with rude people, or you're just trying to get a quick bite, your going to go through a lot. JW's Cuisine has something very unique about it that keeps customers coming back. Their very conspicuous location in Rayfield Is definitely a plus but that's not the only thing they have working for them. Their warm and cheerful staff, nice and simple dining setting and of course THE FOOD!!! Rice dishes seem to be thier strong point, a complete Hit. From the regular Fried rice to Oriental fried rice, coconut fried rice and more all flavourful and leaving you wishing the food wouldn't finish. Their meals are excellent and the prices are affordable too. The wait time however might be a bit of a downside if you're in a hurry so it's best to order ahead and pick up.
