The Net Café — Restaurant in Plateau State

The Net Café is an exquisite eatery located on Ahmadu Bello Way, Terminus, Jos. Its antiquity is quite appealing and homely for a restaurant. In the midst of the hustle and bustle of its location, it is a safe haven. 🧘‍♀️

Due to its location, parking poses to be of grave concern since there are other business adjacent to it. However, arrangements could be made with the security outfit for parking and security of properties. 🚔

The interiors of the café is snazzy and customer service is satisfactory. Sanitary measures are quite in check and service outlets are kept visible to customers. 🎉

There is the availability of an array of cakes, pies and bread options; rice, and a number of other local cuisines. Might I add that the meatballs are to die for. Furthermore, there are options for pastries, creameries and drinks. There are also options for drinks at afforable rates. 🍽

This eatery offers you two eat in options and both venues affords you a street view via a transparent glass structure. However, the dine in section to the left of the entrance is more spacious and livlier with a somewhat retro aesthetic. Reservations can be made here for special moments with friends, a spouse, family and/or partners. 🥰

The Net Café is an ideal place to unwind, rendezvous, and get away from the busyness of its immediate environment. The meal options are scrumptious and rumour has it that their recipes are timeless. If you ever find yourself within the city of Jos, and want to give yourself a treat, The Net Café's got you covered....

So, I've been craving for pizza for days. Today, I was scheduled to be at GTBank on Ahmadu bello way, few blocks away from Net cafe. I decided to try the advertised pizza made by net cafe.

They requested I return in 20 minutes. I did return to a male employee who was eager to place the boxed pizza in a nylon bag. On going across to Felak to get a burger, I decided to open the white box (which I paid extra N150 for), just to see these (images). Is this what they call pizza. Not to even talk of the price- N3,400.

So disappointing!

Once I get home, I'll take my hand meauremebt from the wrist to the tip of the longest finger to ascertain the diameter of this dough with green pepper and onions and cheese, which...

The food is really, really good. Some of the best in the city. I tried the spaghetti bolognese and lasagna and they had all the right flavors and textures. The interior is kept spotlessly clean and the location is as central as it gets so it's easy to find. However, the ambience could be better and the furniture more comfortable and the staff could be fast more pleasant. And oh, they really did a good job of observing covid-19...
