This is a sizeable space made into a restaurant and the ambience here was good. There is a reserved parking space of about 6 - 10 cars and there's also available space on the road for parking, in the case the lot gets full. It's a barricaded spot with some artificial greenery at the entrance. The restaurant has about 8 tables and the space can accommodate a good number of people. The art works and paintings within makes it unique and I loved how well designed and arranged the space was. It had this african feel and the art works scattered all round the room were a delight to behold. They have a rich menu here and an average pricing of ₦5k+ per head. The food here is prepared a la carte so you might have some 30 minutes wait or more before your order arrives. The food portions here are very sizeable and you will struggle to finish a soup bowl in one sitting. You will notice that everyone who comes here will hardly leave without a take-away pack because you will find it hard finishing the food portions. Their food also comes with complimentary appetizer, fruit dessert and water, which I found thoughtful. The staff, from the security personnel to the waiters, were very courteous and welcoming. You will notice that they get a lot of delivery orders than in-restaurant dining but the space was well thought out; you can go see for yourself. Enjoy...
Read moreI came here yesterday for my lunch break. Restaurant was clean with wooden furniture and lots of wall art sculptures and paintings.
There’s an e-menu with a QR code to scan. While checking the website, I had a brief conversation with a rep on the site to clarify if I needed to make my order online as no waiter had come to take my order in over 15 minutes. Loved that they responded almost instantly. I also got a free starter (pepper soup) while waiting for my food.
The food took over 40 minutes to arrive and since my lunch break was almost over I had them switch to takeout. The waiter had informed me prior, it could take up to 35 mins or more so the delay was expected.
At first, I was taken aback by the protein price till I saw how beautifully packed and tasty the food was. It also had a small plate of pepper soup and diced fruits attached.
The food was fresh and my poundo was the perfect size & consistency to match. The protein was a lot and definitely worth the price tag.
Overall it was a great experience and I definitely recommend.
I had: Vegetable soup #3225 Protein - Goat meat #2700 Pounded yam...
Read moreThis restaurant lives up to the hype and worth the initial radio marketing push, the wooden African decor rich with carvings, pictures, paintings etc is a big plus, the modern food menu that you access via QR code is a universal plus, an environment or green recognition to them, saving on paper, space and printing. After ordering for my meal, they waiter consulted with the chef who advised me on how to make the meal better Then at no extra cost the brought me a tiny bowl of hot pepper soup and a bottle of water as a starter Which held me till my meal came which was every little bit like I wanted it and better than I imagine Once I was done, they took my dish away then brought me a small bowl of fruit for dessert with a sweet using my bill as a mat. Paid with POS and left Only to return shortly to buy take away for my friend that I told about the meal.
The only draw backs is that is not a place you can stumble on but their marketing and I'm sure plenty word of mouth should nmake up for that and at least the male toilet is a very cramped space, people that are above average height or...
