Design: They are different sections for specific purposes. My favorite room was the V.I.P room because of the minimalistic designs incorporated with flowers on the wall.
Food & Drinks: I like that a variety of options are offered. From intercontinental meals to African dishes. But I think improvements need to be made. My friends and I ordered the chicken burger, snails & drumsticks. The chicken burger was average & the snails were just cooked and served with basic stew as for the drumsticks, I couldn’t eat it after the 1st bite. It felt like the chicken was coated in flour and it lacked flavor. As for the strawberry daiquiri it tasted like pineapples, maybe the cooking items weren’t washed properly before chopping the strawberries. Overall the food was average, it wasn’t exceptional.
Hygiene/Cleanliness: Generally, the place was quite clean, even the restroom but my only issue was the employees had no face masks on, I hope they’ve been fully vaccinated at least, to help stop the spread of/prevent any disease such as COVID-19.
Service: The service was alright. The staff were polite and served us well.
Family/Date Friendly: This restaurant seems like it’s more for date nights, business meetings & chilling with friends etc. If you want to go with kids consider going earlier in the day.
Price: It’s pricey but that’s expected for the location, service and quality of the food. Just order for what you can afford.

Read moreFor a first time visit, especially when I'm very picky of where I eat, I had an AMAZING time here. The food was well prepared and arrived on time (average wait time depending on what you order is 20-25 minutes) so we didn't have to wait for long (it was a family dinner). I'll proceed to rate the meals I and my family had on our visit.
These ratings are over 5. Spaghetti Bolognese, which was what I had: 4.5 Fisherman soup and pounded yam swallow: 5 Barbecue chicken and fries: 3.5 (the fries were amazing but the chicken was not so seasoned) Normal chicken protein: 4 Alfredo pasta: 4 Oreo milkshake: 3.5 Puzzo's milkshake: 3.0 Coleslaw: 3.0
In regards to the ambience of the environment: solid 4.0 It's adequate for a fine dining experience and a private date night if you wish, as they have a VIP slot as well (bare in mind that the VIP lounge is quite beautiful but not completely private, as other guests can also have dinners there, but be aware that it will incur an additional #1,000 on every meal/drink ordered)
Parking space: 2.5 We had to park our cars outside but their staff was nice enough to watch over the parking lot. So it's not best advised for those with big cars
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. With affordable meals that are tasty as well. Will definitely be...
Read moreI like Puzzo's, and I go there quite often. It has nice, relaxing views, the waiters are polite and helpful, the prices are reasonable... Even the manager goes around the tables sometimes to ask the customers if everything is okay.
The only problem I have with Puzzo's is the food. It is good, but it is missing that little something that will make it truly great. On this visit I had a Nobody-something-something mocktail (I forget the exact name) which the waiter assured me was popular with customers, and I enjoyed it. It was good. I also had Mexican fajitas, which was good too.
The chefs definitely have talent. I just feel they need to put in a little bit more effort and the food will go from "okay" to "Wow!"
One of my favorites...
