Attention Tourists SCAM

The food from the restaurant was good but the service was a disaster.

I made the reservation on the phone. I was speaking to a server called Rahim. He told me on phone if I get to the restaurant I should find him.

He was serving us things that we didn’t order. He said he would bring some bread which is so delicious if we eat with Kaymak. He has not mentioned that those are extra charge and he just brought it. My cousin ordered chicken steak that comes with the mushroom sauce on top, but he wanted the sauce on the side. He got his food how he wanted. When we got our bill, we realized that the sauce was extra charged even though it was included also some bread and dippings that we did not actually order but he just served.

We did not wanna complain because we ate the food we got and everything was delicious.

At the end I said would like to pay with the card The server hesitated and then says it probably does not work due to machine problem. I told him to bring it and just try(I could not trust him anymore and seemed like he was lying) Behind me he tries something but he did not really tap or insert my card. He says it does not work. I asked him to try one more time and I watched how he does and then it worked. He was really begging us to pay cash. When we left, he was offended because of no tips and ignored our greeting.
