My recent visit to this restaurant left me utterly dismayed, and I feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. From the moment I placed my order, the night took a turn for the worse. The anticipation turned into frustration as I found myself waiting for over 2 excruciating hours for my food to be delivered.
The initial excitement of trying a new place quickly faded into hunger-induced misery. The staff seemed oblivious to the growing impatience of the patrons, and any inquiries about the status of our orders were met with vague responses and empty promises.
As the minutes dragged on, I couldn't help but notice the lack of organization and efficiency in their operations. It was as if chaos had taken over the kitchen, and the customers were left to bear the brunt of their incompetence.
When my food finally arrived, it was a tepid and lackluster rendition of what I had initially ordered. The flavors were muted, and any semblance of satisfaction was overshadowed by the ordeal I had just endured. It's disheartening to see a restaurant neglect such a fundamental aspect of their service – timely food delivery.
In conclusion, if you have any regard for your time, hunger, and overall dining experience, steer clear of this establishment. The agonizing wait and subpar culinary experience are not worth the disappointment that awaits you. Save yourself the trouble and choose a dining option that values your patronage and understands the importance of...
Read moreWe reserved a spot a day ahead, when we arrived there there was no table for us available. They "stood" someone up for us to sit, unprofessionally, but okay.
We order 2 greek salads. One of them came with no cheese at all. They replaced it, all good.
The water bottle was partially broken at the tip of it, luckily with no sign of shattered glass anywhere. Still fine.
We wait for 1.5hrs for chicken fingers that we ordered, that they probably forgot. We weren't served for the next following hour so we could order lunch. Finally, the youngest kid comes and apologizes and serves us. This kid is the hardest working out of all of them there. The rest were hanging around in the kitchen, even though there were many guests this day in particular, it wasn't that chaotic. All good.
We ordered 3 Cordon Bleus, and a typical meat skewer - Raznic. 2 out of 3 orders of the Cordon Bleu had pieces of plastic (that the meat stays wrapped in), inside the meat. One of the plastic was huge.
If you're in for a rollercoaster experience, this is the right place for you. The owner apologized for this experience, but nothing can set the right tone after an experience like this. What are you gonna do, take the piece of plastic out of my stomach if you apologize?
Thank you, but...
Read morePrices are normal(lunch or dinner for two(snack, main course, salad, bottle of domestic wine and bottle of water) is about 20-30 euro. The selection of food and drink is standard like in every restaurant(clasic dishes, clasic hot and cold beverages, salads, snacks and deserts). They dont offer international food or some complex meals. They have nice open space near the lake and also platform in the lake with tabbles, so you can enjoy in the hot summer nights because here the temperature is lower than in the city. I think that this restaurant has less staff and because that, the service is slow and the waiters are often nervous and they are not pollite. They have children part with trampoline and other kids amenities.Although they offer kids fun, I don't reccomend bringing children from 1 to 4 years because of the lack of protective fence from the terrace to the lake. I give them 3 stars, but probably after restauration(which is in proces) the whole picture will be nicer. When i sum, I love this place because the view from the terrace is realy good, it is cheap and not so much crowded(except for...
