ENGLISH 🇬🇧: I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond belief. Friendliness is a concept completely foreign to this establishment. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you're just an order number—and an annoying one at that.

The final straw was our polite request to add a side of fries. The reaction was astounding: an exasperated sigh, a dirty look, and a barely audible response, as if we had asked for the impossible. It's the first time in my life I've been made to feel guilty for being a paying customer.

And to top it all off, the prices are absolutely insane. You literally pay double what you'd find at any other kebab shop in town. Paying that much to be treated with such contempt is nothing short of a rip-off. The value for money is an insult to the customer.

The kebab itself became an afterthought, as the horrendous service and the feeling of being ripped off completely ruined the entire experience. My advice: there are dozens of other kebab places where your money will be welcomed with a smile—for half the price. Don't waste your money making people rich who clearly hate their job and their customers.

Français 🇫🇷: Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis négatifs, mais cette expérience dépasse l'entendement. L'amabilité est un concept totalement étranger à cet établissement. On sent dès le départ qu'on n'est qu'un numéro de commande, et encore, un numéro qui semble agacer.

Le point de non-retour a été notre demande, pourtant polie, d'ajouter des frites. La réaction fut sidérante : un soupir exaspéré, un regard noir et une réponse à peine audible, comme si on venait de demander l'impossible. C'est la première fois de ma vie que je me sens coupable de vouloir consommer dans un lieu où je paie.

Et pour couronner le tout, les prix sont absolument délirants. On paie littéralement le double de ce qu'on trouverait dans n'importe quel autre kebab de la commune. Payer aussi cher pour se faire traiter avec un tel mépris, c'est tout simplement du vol. Le rapport qualité-prix est une insulte au client.

Le kebab lui-même est devenu anecdotique, tant le service exécrable et le sentiment de s'être fait arnaquer ont gâché l'entièreté du moment. Un conseil : il y a des dizaines d'autres kebabs où votre argent sera accueilli avec un sourire pour deux fois moins cher. N'allez pas enrichir des gens qui détestent visiblement leur métier et...
