Major disappointment! This has been one of my favorite restaurants outside the city center. The last time I visited it was, however, disastrous. The price has gone through the roof, asking NOK 199 for a Bruschetta. Now that might be steep, but it was also by far the worst composed Bruschetta I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The tomatoes were only cut once, making the composition destroy itself at a single bite. Further the piece it self was small and not in line with what the waiter told us. She said yes when asked if it were two slices; it was only one. The pasta…the pasta was okay at first, but digging into the dish we both found the pasta to have clung and cooked together. Given the price level I cannot recommend this place at all. I mean, an Italian restaurant that can’t cook pasta. The meat itself had too much fat and very little taste, which made it feel far from the quality I expected. The sides were minimal – just mashed potatoes and some broccoli – which made the dish feel both plain and uninspired, especially given the price level.

The food was brought out within minutes after order, the plates with salad were cold, meaning they were pre-made, and the dressing has soaked the greens and vegetables. Was pretty mediocre. The pizza was decent, but also a big question on how were they able to turn the order around within literary 5 minutes. Would not really recommend it...
