I find it surprising that Curtisen doesn’t show up in Guide Michelin & Co. My all time favourite restaurant - reason enough to travel to Halden from any other place. Exquisit and creative food from locally sourced ingredients. Cozy atmosphere. And, most important, great staff who find the perfect balance between professionalism and cordiality. The only issue which makes me a bit uncomfortable is the fact that I feel some pressure to order a set package of drinks.
