Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend

We were looking forward to visiting Haus of Burger, but unfortunately, the experience was a letdown from start to finish. We had to wait a full 40 minutes for our food – far too long for a burger place. And when it finally arrived, everything was cold.

The Chili Cheese Fries tasted overwhelmingly sweet, like they were covered in sugar. The Loaded Fries were bland and had bacon bits that didn’t taste fresh at all. Both burgers were cold and completely lacking in flavor – not juicy, not seasoned, just disappointing.

To make matters worse, we were prompted to leave a tip before the order was even completed – a bit much, considering we hadn’t received anything yet and the service didn’t justify...

Ordered a plain burger with cheesefries and chili cheese, and man what a HUGE disappointment. Totally overpriced according to the standards of the food they pump out. Cheesefries were made in the microwave oven (dont tell me otherwise) , not only soggy, but quite disgusting. The burger had everything but soul, my cats food looks more appealing.
