Burger King — Restaurant in Karmøy

Arrived just around half past 11 AM. They have a screen saying what orders are up and which ones are "Done". But they're clearly pressured on KPIs, because they keep putting things in the "Done" column before they're remotely done. This is already stupid as balls, but then when they finally ring up my number (#39) the fries aren't even done yet!

The order turned out to be wrong, too. I'd asked for my food without a handful of things. It arrived with every default item. I tried to not care because I didn't have time to wait for a new burger, nor the trust of these employees.

To really continue the theme, the fries were soggy and sad, and the soda is watered down intensely - it doesn't even taste like the right drink anymore. I needed to go to a store and buy a different, proper soda to wash down the distaste of this wreck of a meal.

To start, I've always preferred Burger King to McDonald's. The quality is absolutely different, the flavors, the quality of their meat, pastries, and sauces make it totally different. Another way to differentiate it is their creations, which are amazing. In short, I went to the Burger King in Stavanger, and I can tell you everything from their manager, Zami, I think, to one of the hosts, whose name was Flavia, if I'm not mistaken. The entire staff was smiling from the very first minute, guiding me through new creations, and their very professional attitude, despite being busy. 10 points for the entire team, and not forgetting the girl who made the burgers, which we enjoyed from the first bite. Despite the busyness, she also greeted me with a smile as I left, which should never be missing....

So I went there with my family. We were making order and what we ask for they just they they don't have because its finished. We had to adjust our order just with what they offer and not what we wanted. That's not enough! While we were waiting for our order to be ready, the service girl came to us and said that she made mistake and we paid more than we should, we asked her to return the money but she said she cannot and offered extra 5 chicken nuggets to our 18 that we already paid for. That was okay so we accepted. After some time she came and said "sorry we are out of chicken nuggets" so she decided to change the whole 18+5extra nuggets just for two cheeseburgers!!!! Can you imagine what price difference between 23 chicken nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers. Very disappointed. Never going...
