This is the second time I have been to this bakery when I have had the chance to travel to Kristiansund. The first time, I thought I was lucky to have such a good experience, but then when visiting here again over six months later and getting the same great experience from the service and quality of the goods made here, I realised that this is how things are run at this place - to the upper most quality and with customer service in mind! The bread made here is something special that you don’t find in any old bakery, especially the chain type bakeries located around the country here. Fresh and full of flavour, as one would find in many places down on the continent (Europe). The service by the folks working here is very, very good and this makes half of the experience. We were looking for a quick bite on our long journey when this place popped up along the route. Because of the location we expected not much, but the experience was super. The bread and the ingredients tasted super fresh and delicious.

There was no vegetarian option in the display, but when we asked for the vegetarian options the nice staff offered to make a sandwich especially for us.
