Basically, I myself was visiting Kalbakken BKH several times at late hour. Order can be just late for 10-20 minutes, there is 4-6 employee and they can't manage to organize workers do tasks. My rulle kebab was touched , by 4 women without gloves. Personally for me that looks very big chaos in kitchen. I order my food, waiting 15 minutes and were surprized why ladies don't even start make it. One employee put meat on oven, then goes away and leave that meat for 10 min on oven. another lady finds out that there is meat at oven and runing to look what is that order, checks order and leaves meat again. after 5 extra minutes comes 3rd lady and starting to prepare my rulle kebab, put all ingredient on plate and leave this to roll up for another lady, so another lady rolles up my kebab and can't manage to roll it up with meat portion given for that kebab. she decides to remove half of meat to make it close. Ok , might be that these personal is not really educated in kitchen, I thought myself. 40 minutes total for my little rulle kebab. Ok, maybe a bad day, none lady understand their given tasks or noone not understand what she should do. I got home see that kebab is real micro, meat is dry and black, like a crispy bad taste meat, 2 small tomato slices and 40g of meat :D :D the worst thing is that all employees touch my rulle kebab without gloves. should it not one lady to check and pack orders , another filling up supplies and meat , 3rd cooking and preparing food even 4th can help her (2 cooks). But in this chaos all ladies do all jobs at same time and product becomes really F.UP. BKH administration , please give additional focus on BKH Kalbakken restaurant. This employees really need some additional knowledge or courses how to run fast food business properly, or it's will be a big mess very soon. Educating your employees is road to success. Next time I will call Mattilsynet. Your product tastes and looks like a garbage if to be correct ! Sorry to write like that , but you really have problems with business over...
Read moreWe ordered a chicken burger, but when eating it, we immediately noticed a strong fishy taste. Concerned, we asked the staff about it and were told that they use the same oil to fry both chicken and fish products. This is a major issue, especially for people with allergies or dietary restrictions.
What makes this even worse is that there is no mention of this cross-contamination risk anywhere on their allergen list, which is displayed in the restaurant. The allergen menu clearly lists fish as an allergen for the fish burger, fries and chicken nuggets but not for the chicken burger ..This lack of information is misleading and potentially dangerous for customers who avoid fish for health, religious, or personal reasons.
When we raised this issue with the in charge supervisor, they simply told us, "that's how we do it," and refused to take any responsibility. At the end were told to talk to main supervisor next day and we just make them to write it on receipt.
Making thing worse, they were not considering this as serious and started to state we have other order and we are responsible for...
Read moreI celebrated my kids birthday party at this place. I must tell you that from the planning to execution the team there has done a terrific job. Special Thanks to Dragica for leading the event . She was great in attending, serving, decorating and solving ad hoc challenges. She and the staff serviced us with smile and the hospitality was great. We had 2 parties in a row and were there for 4 hours. We didn’t face even a single challenge and everything was executed smoothly .
When it comes to food we had pizzas and kids meny. The taste and quality was good. Also we made a custom request on fly for baking pizzas with veg falafel and that was accepted and executed perfectly. Overall we are satisfied with BKH and Thanks again to Dragica and her staff to make the day...
