Waiting time for two kebabs was 30 minutes, Wasn't worth it! Not at all. People who pre ordered where prioritised over the people who where physically waiting in line. Grumpy old man who working there was passive aggressive, did not get criticism at all, told one customer to chill and almost yelled back, he has been acting very angry if people asked for extra sauce or salad and talked sarcasticly to customers in general , very rude owner from Kitchen nightmares. Very primitive thinking man who especially disrespectful to ladies but insisted few too many times to like his kebabs on Google for a rating without a shame ... Great tactics! Pale gray lamb meat from premade vacuum bag was the only option by the time it was our turn, we asked for chicken and the cook told that we can wait for it to warm up another 15 minutes... We didn't care that much anymore , sadly enough when we got the food , even lamb wasn't properly heated on the plancha 😤 Never again, never more. There is a reason for this place being under the bridge. Stuff from Norwegian...
Read moreOn a whim, I thought to go all the way to Høyenhall to have this highly recommended kebab for Saturday dinner. It's a cute little stand alone building right beside the station. It took probably more than half an hour to get my order, but I didn't realise it as I was completely mesmerized by his workflow and efficiency. And with everything on his plate, he still so pleasantly wished me a good day as he handed me my order. The food is incredible. Probably one of the best shawarma I have had - all the ingredients are very fresh and prepared well. This entire experience was just heartwarming. Definitely...
Read morePros: • Good portion overall • Tastes good • Fresh pita made on-site and baked. The pita is of a thinner type.
Cons: • Needs to serve more corn and cucumber, but that’s quite common among most kebab shops – not just here. • Customer service needs significant improvement. • I was yelled at for saying “take away” instead of “dine-in”.
When I first ordered, I told the staff I wanted to dine in. Later, by mistake, I said “take away” when asked again by another employee. I corrected myself immediately and clarified that I meant dine-in, not take away.
However, there was no reason to yell at a customer for such a small misunderstanding – especially if the only difference is whether the food is put in a box or not.
Because of this experience, I would not describe the service as...
