When I first heard about Vinderen Sushi, I dropped everything I was doing and immediately booked a flight to Norway. This is hands down the best food I have ever eaten in my life. We turned up without a booking, which was no problem at all. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. Fresh seafood in the sushi with a variety of classic and modern dishes.
