Bubba Foodbar — Restaurant in Senja

We were looking for something cheap and good. Google mapa showed us this playce. Good reviews foodbar in name. It turn out to be a foodtruck. We where shocked. We took fish and chips. The Lady that service us was nice. Our food was quick cheap and what's most importand good. For 199NOK we got two pices of fish that was deep fried but not fat and still moist. Friets where crispy and sauce was great. We dunno what it was. Garlic, charlock, mayo and who knows what more but it work great with fish. Loved this place! Saw the reviews online and decided to give it a try. The fish and chips were delicious! Ordered for my family and got a chicken wrap, two orders of fish and chips, and a custom made chicken sandwich (the owner condensed the menu so since it was not busy she did this on special order ☺️). We also got 3 drinks, the hot chocolate and glogg were very good! Food was out in 7 minutes, and the owner gave us our drinks to sip on while the food was being made. The owner was very friendly. The lady working there is so nice to everyone. I've overheard her talking to a fisherman, so this is the food of choice for these guys. I had a pork belly sandwich. It was so delicious I didn't even have time to snap a picture. It was made on order, so you'd need to wait up to 10 minutes. I wandered off till it was done, and the lady was looking out for me. She didn't just slap it on the counter. The food met my expectations, the price was right, the service was above and beyond, and it's a nice location to catch some daylight...
