A restaurant you want to come back to. We ordered the whale carpaccio tender, melting in the mouth. The taste was delicate, slightly salty, with no overpowering spices. The salmon was cooked perfectly soft, juicy, served with vegetables: carrots, potatoes, and onions. Everything was fresh, lightly sautéed, with a gentle creamy sauce.
