Al Makan Cafe — Restaurant in Muscat Governorate

Hey Everyone ! Al Makan restaurant and coffee place. It is the most delicious food in the whole Muscat 😋 It is authentic Intercontinental speciality and Cuisine 😁 It is all homemade by the Chef Hadi. It is the 4th branch open in Muscat. Their best-seller and the signature is the Machawi. Plus they have fresh fruits juices. They have a beautiful design and decoration to make feel like a dream and comfortable place too. Best atmosphere and ambiance with Arabic music to feel the vibes. There is outdoor place to sit with a nice fontain and decoration in the air. I think it is romantic place too !!!! 🤗 You can meet also the owner of the restaurant. Hope the management realizes that poor service by staff will result in bad reviews…

20 minutes and the staff was roaming around and not willing to take the order let alone the part of serving us. The waitress kept saying NO to any dishes we wanted to place order for, which sounded weird to us.

Ultimately we had to take the decision to leave after facing and embarrassing situation; which for a hotelier should give scope for improvement.

It's a nice place to catch up with friends. The sheesha is nice.. haven't tried their food. Tea is also good. However, I would have given it 5 stars if the service was as good as everything mentioned above. They take ages to attend to a table to take the order.
