Authentic Flavors and Heartwarming Hospitality at this place.
Dining at Automatic Old Restaurant in Seeb was a truly delightful experience. The ambiance was welcoming, and the food—absolutely unforgettable.
🍽️ Maklouba This dish was a standout! The rice was aromatic and fluffy, perfectly layered with tender vegetables and meat. The flavors were rich yet balanced, and the topping of caramelized onions, bell peppers, crunchy nuts, and pomegranate seeds gave it an exciting contrast in both texture and taste. A true comfort food masterpiece.
🍕 Lahm Bi Ajeen (Meat Flatbread) Baked to perfection with a thin, crispy base and generously topped with spiced minced meat, fresh greens, and pomegranate. The drizzle of molasses tied everything together beautifully. Light yet satisfying, this dish is perfect for sharing—or not!
🍵 Traditional Black Tea Served in an elegant glass with a spoon, this tea was a perfect finish to the meal. Fragrant, warm, and just the right strength, it complemented the richness of the main dishes and rounded off the evening in true Middle Eastern style.

The meat was a dream. It melted smoothly and it had that right amount of tahina inside the wrap.
Overall, it’s been decades and I believe until now they continue to serve good...
