The Dining at Brezza on the 2nd of August was a spectacular culinary journey. We arrived on time for our reservation to find a beautifully prepared setting awaiting us. I Every detail, from the clear guidelines shared in advance about punctuality and dress code to the seamless organization of our visit, contributed to a thoroughly delightful experience. Miss Marwa the operator, deserves special praise for her exemplary organization skills, which set the tone for the unforgettable evening.
The journey was a joy from start to finish. The standout choice, the seafood platter, was a symphony of flavors. Each element was meticulously presented, making for a truly memorable course. But what truly crowned our dining experience was the Tiramisu dessert. A slice of this sweet delight paired with a cup of coffee was an absolute treat, rounding off the meal perfectly. Complementing the exquisite food was the outstanding service provided by Jawahair. Her warm demeanor, quick service, and attention to our needs heightened our overall dining experience. Thanks to the service team and the cookers
To say our experience at Brezza was exceptional would be an understatement. It was an exquisite blend of carefully curated dishes, a calm and pleasant atmosphere, and first-rate service.
I wholeheartedly recommend Brezza to anyone visiting Muscat , assuring them of a top-tier...
Read moreWe were not guests at this hotel but we were staying nearby and thought we would treat ourselves to a meal in this restaurant for Valentines day. This is an expensive restaurant in a classy hotel, so our expectations were high. This ended up being our most expensive meal in Oman by some distance and we didn't even order alcohol.
We ordered the seafood platter to share. The fish cookery was not at the standard of a fine dining restaurant. The only item on the platter that was well cooked was the squid, the rest was overdone or, in the case of the scallops, slightly underdone. On the plus side, the complimentary bread basket was appreciated.
Full marks to the staff were attentive and respectful.
The decor is pleasant enough but the atmosphere is flat. This is the kind of place well off people come to be isolated from the riff raff, but that doesn't lend itself to authenticity or a particularly interesting culinary experience. Don't get me wrong, the resort is beautiful and I would consider staying here for a weekend if I were to visit Oman again for flawless beach and poolside bar. But I would drive 15 minutes up the road to Muscat to get something to eat.
TL;DR mediocre food...
Read moreBrezza paints itself as a very high end restaurant if not the highest end restaurant in Oman. I visited tonight as I was staying at Jumeriah. Thursday to Sunday I would say you need a booking but outside of that you should be fine.
Workers: Santiago is the manager and as per Jumeriah standards he is a great communicator, presents himself well and finds solutions. Allete the server was fantastic.
Drinks: I had the recommended cocktail De brezza and can honestly say it was the best cocktail I have had. Created by their own Barrister with a delicate mix of smoked rosemary and alcohol.
Shisha: High quality Shisha served until 11pm well worth.
Room: Important to note you can only smoke Shisha on the rooftop but the hotel has double floors. When booking ensure you take the rooftop otherwise you are just in a normal restaurant not achieving the ambience that is factored into the price.
Hope my review helps. Spicy tuna...
