I ordered your kabsa rice with chicken through Talabat. It's came on time but the quality of the dish was not at all edible. The half chicken was fully burned and the rice was not hot very hard also. Highly expensive restaurant. But the device and the food is really awesome. They have good palace like seats and Turkish people guides you though the food. But ask for the price. Try the sea food soup which is a good starter. I recently dined at Turkish Sultan Restaurant and overall, I had a good experience. The food was delicious and the place was very clean. However, I was disappointed with the management's hospitality. We were welcomed for dining but because of their system close, we were asked to pay the bill and the swipe machine was brought to us asking for payment while we were still eating. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Additionally, the order took around 20 to 25 minutes to prepare, so they should have taken that into account and allowed us enough time to finish our meal. I would recommend that the management update their system to accept payments at any time instead of forcing customers to pay before their system shutdown. Despite this issue, I would still recommend the restaurant for their tasty food and clean ambiance.
