It is always unfortunate when a guest finds hair in their food, and I truly believe that the hair itself is a very small fraction of the problem. How the issue is dealt with is the determining factor, and a reflection of the quality of service provided by the establishment. We got a 10% discount on our bill, so... make of it what you will I suppose.

The staff themselves are a mix of friendly faces, unhappy attitudes from some, and others who were literally very confused about anything asked of them. Overall, the level of service is decent.

The food itself is good.

There's a wide selection of various cuisines to choose from, and everything (except for the French Fries which looked frozen) is freshly made! I do love sushi, and theirs is just great! Their desserts as well are definitely the highlight of the buffet.

Cannot fault the ambiance of the place either.

They have a wonderful outdoors setup, but unfortunately we opted to sit indoors mainly thanks to the humid weather (Date of Visit: 26/3/2024). Not to say that the indoors part was bad or anything like that, the restaurant is very well kept, and the furniture is very comfortable.

Didn't meet my expectations

I went to restaurant for dinner buffet but I was not satisfied with service provided. First if all there is introduction to their buffet, they suppose to briefly introduce the dinner buffet but what happened is they show you where to sit only. The receptionists had not even said " enjoy your time or enjoy your dinner with us" no thing at all. Secondly, no ingredients were described, so if you are allergic to any kind of food ingredients you suppose to ask first and then they will ask each other to provide the right answer to you. Thirdly, the staff will take time to catch you waving for them to come once you want any thing and that will take time not as quick as suppose to be!!. Lastly the thing that irritated me most, is once I asked to pay, we waited too long, then once the guy come he just wanted me to scan my visa card leave, with out following the right procedure in which he suppose to smile, stand and tell the amount to pay and then say thank you.

I wrote this comment, as I believe that the service suppose to be in same level of the amount we pay. I hope the restaurant management works on these issue to keep the restaurant within the customer satisfaction and in top list buffet restaurant in Muscat🙏 other wise the defects will complicated with time and the people will prefer to go somewhere...

I had an excellent breakfast that truly exceeded my expectations. The variety available was remarkable, featuring an extensive selection of fresh juices, an array of artisanal breads, and a colorful display of seasonal fruits. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the warm and welcoming staff. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our dining experience was seamless and pleasant. Their friendly demeanor set the perfect tone for a relaxed morning.

The outdoor seating area deserves a special mention. Overlooking a stunning swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery and a serene infinity pool, it created a picturesque setting that enhanced our breakfast. It felt like a little slice of paradise, making each bite even more enjoyable.
