Worst Dining Experience: Our recent visit to Chacha Restaurant (Third Class) was an unmitigated disaster. The food was an absolute letdown, and the service was abysmal. They embarrassed me, I went there with my guest.
I ordered the mutton karahi and Chinese rice, both of which were flavorless and tasteless. The mutton was overpowered by an excessive amount of masala, making it inedible. The mutton was the worst I’ve ever had—over-spiced, tasteless, and riddled with bones. To make matters worse, the dish was filled with bones, not a single boneless piece in sight. The Chinese rice was equally disappointing, with only a few scattered vegetables, no egg, and lacking any semblance of flavor, as well as the fundamentals of a good Chinese rice dish. It was a bland, uninspired mess.
When we brought our concerns to the staff, our requests were ignored, and the poorly prepared dishes were not even accepted to be replaced or improved. The manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional, displaying a staggering disregard for customer concerns.
The staff seemed inexperienced and disinterested in providing even basic service. Clearly, this establishment prioritizes profits over quality.
In short, Chacha Restaurant is a waste of money and a truly terrible experience. If you value your taste buds, stay far, far away from this place. If you're willing to settle for subpar food and service, then Chacha Restaurant might be the place for you. Otherwise, avoid it at all costs!...
The prices were exorbitant, considering the subpar quality of the food. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, with a strong desire to never return. The restaurant's claim of serving authentic cuisine is a joke, given the poor quality of the dishes. I would not recommend Chacha Restaurant to...
Read moreI recently had the incredible pleasure of dining at Chachachah restaurant in the heart of Bahawalpur. From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew I was in for an amazing experience. From the warm and inviting atmosphere, to the wonderful service, to the delicious food, Chachachah restaurant did not disappoint.
The star of the show was unquestionably the food. The menu was a perfect combination of classic dishes and creative, modern cuisine. I started off with the Kashmiri Nan, which was full of milky taste and loaded with tons of dry fruits , and it was fresh made in Tandoor i guess. For the main course, I opted for the Biryani and beef kebabs. The delicate flavors of the kebab were complemented perfectly by the vegetables and herbs it was cooked with.
The highlight of the meal for me was the dessert. I had the tea and some pastries, which is a classic Pakistani and kashmiri taste. The pastries were baked to perfection, and the crust was flaky and buttery. It was served with a generous helping of crème fraiche, which added a wonderful creamy element to the pastries.
The service was outstanding. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to answer all of our questions, and provided helpful recommendations throughout our meal.
All in all, Chachachah restaurant was an absolute delight. The food was superb, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an amazing Pakistani culture enriched...
Read moreFine dining at its finest. Impeccable service. There is someone to cater to all your whims and fancies at the drop of a hat. The servers know what food to recommend. They advise according to the needs of the customer.
The ambience is soothing, calming to the nerves. The soft music, the decor and the overall vibes are just pleasant and so photo friendly.
There is a variety of cuisines presented on the menu. We selected their speciality; a regular pizza and sizzling barbeque kebabs with garlic naan. The pizza was made on a perfectly baked crust topped with the right amount of cheese and other toppings. It melted in the mouth and satisfied any pizza cravings we had. The sizzling kebabs were just the right amount of juicy and so tender from the inside. The serving was more than enough for two people. Served with barbeque sauce which was a delicacy in itself.
We really enjoyed ourselves and had a great time with a memorable food experience. The pricing is a little on the steep side yet given the overall experience, it seems worth every penny. Totally...
