I recently had the pleasure of attending a Qawwali night at Quetta Kettli (Ayub Park), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was vibrant, filled with a mix of traditional decor and an inviting atmosphere that immediately set the tone for the evening.

The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the Qawwali performance. The musicians were incredibly talented, their voices resonating beautifully and captivating the audience. This place has nothing going for it except maybe the atmosphere, and that too isn't anything special. Don't be fooled by the fancy signboards and the vibe.

Quetta Kettli, the place to visit if you'd like to be ripped off. 450-500 for a cup of tea that tastes like it has been made in a microwave.

The service is as poor as the tea, if not worse. We waited 50 minutes for chicken wings. When the order didn't arrive even after asking multiple times, we decided to settle the bill for the tea. The waiter wouldn't let us leave without paying for the wings, even though they still haven't been served. We asked for the manager but no one came to hear...

There used to be multiple food stalls here but now it's just Quetta Kettli. They have uplifted the space in the best possible way. There's no outdoor sitting better than Quetta Kettli in Rawalpindi/ Islamabad in my opinion. Food: we ordered their papri chat, samosa chat, loaded fries, garlic fries, mint margherita, and lime lemonade. Everything was good especially the drinks. The prices were also reasonable. Since it's an extremely green area, there are lots of mosquitoes so I recommend you use some mosquito repellent when planning...
