Loaf n Leaf Signature Cuisine — Restaurant in Gujrat Tehsil

My experience at Loaf and Leaf today has just not been only disappointing but very rough and very annoying. Food was fine though. The restaurant management successfully managed to spoil the whole event thoroughly. I have asked them as many times as I can before the event to not mess up with our event, but their non serious and un professional attitude di it all. We booked Loaf and Leaf for our reception dinner today because of its ambiance and resturant style seating. But the management didn't follow a single deal that was done between us, nor did they even consider to organize accordingly to my will - very unprofessional and non serious attitude . They made the "to be decent event" look exactly like a fish market today, like tables and seating was moved into a single line just like some sort of meeting was to be held or something, and the whole hallway was empty space just a stage on the other side facing door, too much illogical. I really would never and ever recommend Loaf And Leaf ever to anyone on sincere note for any kind of event ever. We paid a heavy price for disappointment only at Loaf and Leaf, and because of the management's irresponsible and negligent behavior, I sadly had lost all my interest in Leaf and Loaf today. Their management thinks they are too smart to manipulate people easily, I recommend the owner to kindly look into the matter on considerate terms and make their management responsible for event management or should hier some proper event management team. The most pathetic thing the management at Loaf and Leaf did was not be able to maintain any privacy between men and women, which was too shameful for us at that moment. Also, they let other locals enter into our space and have casual dinner, which made me and my family look too stupid in front of our guests. I put my trust into them, and they failed it. Visited with my family and received the worst service i have ever seen in 65 years. The food was delicious and environment was nice. But the service was a put off and i wouldn't recommended this restaurant to anyone. We were refused to place the order for our drinks and told they will take it when the food is served. The food arrived 45mins late and our handi and salad was missing. On inquiring they realised their mistake and we had to wait another 10 15 minutes for the handi. Meanwhile the naan became cold so we requested to get them heated which the waiter resisted heavily saying they're not cold and its because of the AC . We complained about the drinks order which they still had not taken to which he answered: koi baat nahi esa ho jata hai. We had to repeatedly ask for someone to pack the left overs and bring our bill, initially ignored then finally when we were attended had to wait 15 20 minutes for the food and bill to arrive. We requested to speak to the manager to make a complaint but no one bothered to either apologise or call the manager. The whole family was upset by this experience and I would never go...

Ordered their loaf n leaf special soup full bowl and a mineral water. They charged rps 1380, and that is reasonable price of stuff with that ambiance. But a bad thing was the quality and taste of soup.... we had over soup and taste was pathetic... but we didn't said any thing before paying our bill. First we got packed our remaining soup and then paid bill after paying bill we asked the management to send the person who is responsible for quality food insurance... one of there manager came and said sir its not the season of soup thats why there might be a problem. I said if its not the season of soup then why u took our order?? Then he said u should tell us before i said more than half of our soup is packed by ur men u can check it... but unfortunately that manager was not willing to accept his fault. In short there crow was white 🤣. We were not asking any compensation but our motive was to acknowledge them about there taste and quality nut unfortunately that manager was not accepting...
