Giving 1 star to service because there's no option for zero rating 1- Things started when i asked them for a baby chair next to our sofa which are placed at around 1 feet above the floor and the waiter literally placed the baby chair right at the edge! I asked him to place it at the other side and he said it's not allowed! What about child safety?? He said it will damage the wall paint! Really?? How can baby chair damage the wall paint (ps the baby is 1 years old) i picked up the chair myself and put it there oh well and it was half meter away from the wall 2- Things didn't ended up here we asked the waiter for drinks and spilled them on the food and gravy! Without even apology he picked up them and served again! It can be a human error but REALLY?? Can't he even say "SORRY" 3- Asked him to clear the table and he literally told me to pass the things to him! Like really?! I did it without any hesitation but why they are charging "service charges" if we have to do it by ourselves 4- Then comes the bill part he brought the bill i paid and he later realised "oh sir ye dusry table ka bill tha" how can all this happen! 5- We also had some food packed and came out and what we saw the waiter came out with a couple who were sitting next to our table holding the food they got packed and leaving them all the way to their car so we have to clear the table by ourselves and for others they're dropping food to the car! Food was nice but overall the experience was awful Im not sure if these reviews really matters here in Pakistan but if the management really sees it please look into this matter your staff is making you...
ย ย ย Read moreI recently had the pleasure of visiting PALATIAL RESTAURANT in Gujrat with my family after a long time. The ambiance was, as always, exceptional, earning a solid 10/10 in my book. The food was delicious, although I had some initial concerns due to the reduced crowd and different staff. Thankfully, the taste remained consistent, with only a slight decrease in portion size. The soup wasn't up to par this time, but the main course more than made up for it, scoring a 9/10 for food. ๐๐ฝ๏ธ
What makes this restaurant even more special is its large play area on the first floor, which my kids absolutely love. Additionally, the restaurant's outer landscape is a sight to behold, especially during winter nights when the cold and fog create a Northern mountain-like atmosphere, which my wife and I found enchanting. ๐

I asked the manager (AMJID) for an update on my order at 9:00 PM. Manager (AMJID) never returned with the update on my order. I called the manager (AMJID) at 9:08 PM that how long will it take. Manager (AMJID) gave me 3-4 min time frame but I told him to take until 9:15 PM but bring my food. So he decided to bring me the drink at 9:13 PM not the food. I waited till 9:15 PM and he never came back to me. So I decided to leave the restaurant after almost an hour of waiting for my food. Three different tables came after us and they were leaving with us after eating the food. AMJID never apologized to me and also Rizwan never apologized after giving an horrible attitude. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER. WOULD NEVER GO BACK THIS HORRIBLE...
