KFC | Hyderabad- Qasim Chowk — Restaurant in Hyderabad City Taluka

I am sorry to update my review from 5 star to 1 star due to many reason. This branch is always out of burgers specially the trending ones

I would like to inform your administration about multiple issues observed as below

1. The KFC branch Askari 3 does not follow the guidelines of COVID-19 given by NCOC and Government of Pakistan. The table, Seats and floor were not clean and I assume that tables are not being sanitized after every customer leave (I did that before I started dine in) and I didn't find hand sanitizer as well at noticeable place (such as entrance). Staff was not wearing masks nether customer coming for walk-in order were not wearing masks and were allowed to enter.

2. I tried to order 3 signature burgers of KFC i.e. Kentucky Burger, Stacker burger and Messi Burger. Counter staff Rehman informed Burger are not available as they arrive from Karachi in language which shouldn't be used with customers

3. Out of blue moon, Manager arrived and offerer me same burgers which were available 10mins ago and stated it was misunderstanding on staff they misguided me on order and also offered free complimentary Fries (as bribery) to settle and not to put...

Today I had a very bad/unhigienic experience at KFC Qasim Chowk Hyderabad, I ordered a 2 zinger burger golootlo deal and 2 kurnch burger midnight special deal. In my half of meal I suddenly noticed human hair was found in b/w chicken piece and it's coating.

I immediately went to the cashier counter to witness this and In the meantime I requested to call his line manager, line manager came and secretly take out the hair in it despite my warning that he did this. They offered me in replacement a new zinger burger, but I refused to take it because of their rude behavior and shouting unnecessarily on their mistakes and not accepting their mistake. Finally I asked for my refund of one zinger burger that was 350 and I took the refund amount with written remarks on it from their line manager.for reference my receipt of KFC attached with KFC representative remarks on it

I would like to express my feelings and want to tell everyone, Please make a little effort and give your valuable feedback /remarks on social media if you find any issues anywhere in food related items.
