This is now my 4th visit since they opened and every visit seems to be worse than the one before. Food doesn't taste as good as it used to, music is blaring far too loud, and the service is mostly terrible. On my previous visit they forgot one of my dishes. I brought it to their attention when the rest of the food arrived. Waiter mumbled something but didn't check, just forgot. 10 minutes later I asked another waiter, he went to check and told me they'd forgotten about it. No apology. Naan etc went cold whilst waiting another 10 minutes for it to arrive.
On most recent visit 3 members of staff took turns to ask if we want a drink with food (we already had a large mineral water and informed at the start we don't wish to order more drinks). Then 2 of them kept asking if we need anything else, and one waiter came back again and again to ask the same thing. Is it possible I could just eat my dinner in peace??? I was annoyed but it made no difference, kept coming back to ask the same thing. They then put the bill down ON TOP of a piece of chicken karahi that had spilled on the table, so that got dirty and my hands (which I'd just washed). Again no apology. They forgot about the food we asked them to pack. One waiter hovered next to me to see if I would leave anything extra in the bill holder as a tip (on top of service charge) which made me uncomfortable. As soon as I took all my change out of it he walked away. Another one placed five extra sets of cutlery for us (two people) when we already had four sets of cutlery!! Seriously?!
Girl came to get feedback and took my number to follow up my complaint. Guess what...nearly a week has passed and nothing! This place is going downhill day by day. Embarrasingly I recommended this place to my uncle a few months ago. Same thing with him...they forgot to punch in his order. No apology to him either. He walked out and never returned. Don't think I...

Read more"2nd wife", a very unique and attractive brand by its name. We had an iftaar over there and ordered an iftaar buffet that was a special offer by 2nd wife. There were lots of dishes in the buffet, such as pakoras, samosas, channa chaat, fruit chaat, cream chaat, dahi bhaly, macaroni, etc. Besides this iftaar menu, the buffet also included dinner, containing biryani, Chinese rice, chicken qorma, pasta, chapati, naan, mutton seekh kabab, chicken malai boti, and much more.
At the end, we also had sweet from the buffet. However, its supply was short. There was kheer, custord, gulaab jaaman, cake, and pasteries in the sweet. I just got kheer and a couple of gulaab jaamans, after asking to the service.
As far as it's concerned with the iftaar menu, it was pretty much nice, fresh, and tasty. But, the dinner menu was a bit ordinary in terms of taste and cooking. It was might be due to the rush and lots of orders, but the food seemed to be stale. It was not much warm and fresh. The sweet was good and tasty, really liked it.
However, the worst thing was about the service that we had over there. They were very late in responding to the queries and serving the orders.
The location is okay, had plenty of space for parking. The seating venue is also good. Overall atmosphere gives a complete vibe to spend time with food...
