I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Monarch Lounge restaurant, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service that made me feel instantly welcome.

The restaurant itself had a lovely ambiance, with tasteful decor and comfortable seating that made for a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience. But of course, the highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. Every dish we tried was simply outstanding, with fresh and flavorful ingredients that were expertly prepared and beautifully presented.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and their food

On 11th of February I visited your restaurant for a meal with my Friends. we were made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time to wait for the food. Furthermore, the server seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our meal, and it took several requests to get our orders taken and served.

I was also disappointed with the quality of the food it was cold and served in one go like we ordered from starter till main course. All of them brought to our table in one time. Several dishes were not prepared to the standard I have come to expect from them.

I have been a loyal customer of Monarch Lounge (G.T road Jhelum) for many years and have recommended it to others in the past. Hi, I’ve had dinner at this restaurant with my family on 18th September 2023 after we had dinner some of us left while someone ordered a dessert and was eating it, the waiters there asked them to get up from the table as they would like to accommodate some other family on that table as it was for I think 10 people but there were only 2 other families present at the time and they were already accommodated I find this behaviour extremely rude and unprofessional, mind you that I had just left to drop someone off me being a lawyer myself and family who are we’ll named lawyers of the district had to face this disgusting behaviour by the staff.
