Worst outside dining ever Chicken steak 6/10 ( there was no bread roll as shown in menu when asked for it they brought plain bread after toasting it ) Hot n sour soup 1/10 ( no chicken no vegetable no flavour salt bland tasting even soya sauce couldn't save that one ) Chicken shaslik 0/10 ( seems like we were eating ultra sweet corn flour thickened gravy with few peices of chicken and no vegetables or chinese flavor in it, even look of it was so gross and unappetizing) Chicken nuggets (6/10 bland cold) Club sandwich (-0/10) worst ever sandwich with ultrasweet bread with simple chicken spread on it, I can make better one at home ). Problem is if we had gone into some average restaurant that would have been okay but going to a so called brand with outlets around the country and paying 7000 plus n u get this quality food is highly outrageous and shameful). Worst ever experience, total loss of money and time.It is not one of the worst food IT IS THE WORST FOOD I EVER...

It was my first visit with family coming from Lahore.. I was able to get seated in 15 minutes on Eid as it was already full. On the table we didn’t get aprons after requesting also. The atmosphere wasn’t goog either with less cleanliness. Bathroom was dirty and smelly, no tissues, water was leaking and spread around sink. The staff was very ill behaved. First soup was served after 45 minutes. The main course was served after 1.5 hours after requesting several times. The staff was not listening for clearing table. Food was average and overpriced. The only thing I liked was their lotus cake. It took another 30 minutes to serve tea. And they were then not bringing the bill. It was ultimately paid at the counter after waiting long. Service is everything for me. I enjoyed the fun zone they had for kids. I absolutely hated their service. I had to remind them numerous times of the place mats and plates. They brought one hand, didn't bring the next. We wait for so long for Naan. They didn't bring our apple juice. They didn't bring our salads. They didn't bring our karahi. They brought us Naan reheated, not fresh. Our momentum to eat was broken as we kept waiting and our bp was shooting high. The bill was 15000 and it was a shitty place to eat.
