I read some mix reviews about this place so I was not sure should I visit or not.
Ambience: The place is built better than 90 per cent of biryani restaurants. But still not comparable to fine dining restaurants.
Taste: I read people complaining that it is not a Biryani. Well definitely not Karachi biryani but it is a masala biryani different from this region's speciality. Masala Biryani is made with beef lard (charbi) and a mix of different spices. That is why for some people it is spicy palao.
Taste is good, but a bit toward the spicy spectrum but if you like the heat you will love it.
The beef was tender, rice was of good quality and was cooked to the perfection on the other hand raita was a disgrace. Biryani and shami-kebab recommended.
Price: They don't have deals or complete packages and if you break it down the biryani is costly. I am a man with a big appetite so had to order 2 plates of biryani 1 was not enough and 2 were extra.
So 360/- for Biryani 35/- for raita (bring your yoghurt it will be much better) 80/- for 2 shami-kebabs And 30/- for drink Total 550/- for a regular Lahori guy.
Instead back in Lahore, I can eat Waqas Biryani for 300/- Rs The quantity is enough and usually hard for me to finish. Quarter chicken piece with quality Raita + mediocre salad along with a shami-kebab
TLDR: Biryani is okay, Good enough to tickle your taste buds. But way too pricey.
In Lahore, Waqas biryani tastes almost the same and has much better quality...

This was my first visit, and to be honest—this is not a biryani. Anyone who truly understands biryani will relate to this.
The dish itself was decent in terms of taste. It’s more like a spicy pulao, made with all the usual ingredients and about 6 or 7 small green chilies in a single plate. The chicken, however, was quite dry—similar to what you'd expect from meat boiled for yakhni—definitely not the juicy, tender chicken you'd want in a proper biryani.
Service was another letdown. The place wasn't busy at all, just a few diners, and still, we experienced delays. Despite having 4–5 servers on the floor, we had to wait both to place our order and again for it to be served. The salad never came, even after a reminder. When we asked for an additional item, that too took a while. Clearly, management needs to improve staff training and efficiency.
That said, it's worth trying once so you can form your...
