From 5 stars to 1 star - The server ate our food!

The food was terrible and the server was a nightmare. He wasn't attentive, spilled the drinks and ate the fries from the takeaway. He was horrible. Lets name him X. I told X to pack the food and get the bill he ignored and went away. I WAITED FOR 15 MINUTES and then asked another server to pack it and get the bill. Once the waiter took the food for packing at the counter X was busy eating the fries from it. He didnt even pack it. He ate the fries from it. Then he came expecting a tip eventhough his service was horrible. NOTE: A customer earlier had issues with his service too.

How can you act so unprofessional. I'm baffled by the whole experience. I just left not wanting to argue but people need to know.

PLUS the sandwich bread was hard and difficult to chew.

I love the atmosphere. Though it's hard to find space. The food is fine. The first two times I visited the food was good and I did not have any issue finding a seat. Though the third time it was packed and the food was average. Customer service was good throughout.

Walking into this cafe is like stepping into a warm hug. It's my sanctuary, my home away from home, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the chatter of friendly faces instantly put me at ease.

I've lost count of how many times I've sat at the same table, sipping on my favorite brew and watching the world go by. And every time, without fail, the experience is nothing short of magical.

The food here? Let's just say it's like a taste of heaven. From the crispy edges of the perfectly toasted sandwiches to the gooey goodness of the freshly baked pastries, every bite is a flavor explosion that leaves me craving more.

But what really keeps me coming back is the people. The barista who knows my name and my order by heart, the server who always has a smile and a kind word, they make me feel like family.

Their servers really need training especially the entrance staff. The lady seemed little interested in getting any footfall and was not clearly committing to any seating availability or timing, was not even answering properly. Even the order taking was like they're doing a favour. We asked them what were their best sellers and she's like dekhlen sabhi ha. Esquires you really need to train your staff please. Plus we were not even done with our bill or takeaway order that they got some other customers seated on our table. Highly unprofessional.

Food wise it's okay. Not too grand of an experience. The sandwich bread was hard as hell, didn't feel fresh. Their white chocolate raspberry frappe is amazing though.

Seating wise it's a small place. Won't recommend going there on a weekend. Their staff doesn't seem to be trained on managing traffic.
