Worst experience ever. Where to start. I reserved seats. They pressured me on phone to come quick otherwise seat will be given to someone else. I was 5-10 min late. Upon reaching, they didnt have chairs to accommodate 6 people. 3 person were standing for 15-20 min during order before they arranged valet peoples chairs for us. They didnt have meals available that were handwritten on their specials board. They did have everything wrapped to prevent touching. We ordered six meals and told them to bring together still they brought some first and some 15 min later l. Same with drinks. They shut down pole lights to avoid police seeing as it was dine out setting in an adjacent plot. We werent able to see what meals looked like. Their beef platter had just 5-10 percent not properly cooked beef. Rest of it was failed plating efforts and a lot of Olives like literally a lot!!!. Their lobster wasnt listed on menu but on specials board so we asked for its price and they said it's worth 3000 pkr. It turned out to be 8000 pkr. I would be happy to pay if it was good tasting but It was yuck with risotto/rue sauce that we didnt know why was it there. Lobster was drowning in some white sauce that was heavy and killed the lobster. Finally, we got a wrong bill of 7500 pkr of someone else's table but we should have taken it, as ours was 21,000 pkr for six bland tasting meals. After we argued with them about meal taste and price, they insisted that meals were great and they said price is well known so ot was pur fault and offered us two meals from desert menu. But when we selected our choices they didnt have any and they gave us 2 bite sized pastries from their own choosing as a compensation. I m not kidding this was the worst restaurant experience of my...

I recently went back to Jardin at my family's suggestion, and I have to say, it was just as fantastic as my last visit! In fact, the portions were even bigger this time around, and the food still tasted amazing! The prices are pretty reasonable for a place in DHA—not too low, but not overly expensive either. I highly recommend checking out their gigantic club sandwich, Moroccan Chicken, and Parmesan Chicken! I'm sure you’ll love them! Just a quick tip: make sure to ask the server to serve the food warm, as that was the only little hiccup I experienced during both my visits. Enjoy!
So, I swung by this restaurant with the fam the other day, and let me tell you, it was a solid experience all around.
Okay, so the food? A solid 8.5 out of 10. Seriously tasty stuff. The beef steak was cooked just right - like, juicy and tender medium rare. And the Parmesan chicken? Crispy and clean, but could've used a bit more Swiss cheese, if you ask me.
As for the vibe, I'd give it a solid 9 out of 10. Super cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Only downside was the AC was a bit iffy, maybe they were just warming up for the lunch rush.
Now, onto the service - decent enough, but nothing to write home about. I mean, our server was friendly but they kinda forgot to bring ketchup for the fries, and the food could've been served warmer.
Oh, and speaking of fries, the club sandwich was on point, but it only came with fries. Would've been nice to have some coleslaw or sauces on the side.
On the bright side, parking was a breeze, and the neighborhood was clean and chill.
Overall, I'd say give it a shot, especially if you're craving some good eats. Just don't forget to remind them to keep...
Read moreHave I got a story for you. Arrived at the restaurant for a little get together. Just 4 of us, all family. Sat down and complinetary bread was served. Bread served is a good way to judge how the food would be prepared. Well, before we could dig in, the waiter came with his notepad and asked what we would like. Waiter was heavily distracted by the waiters on other tables, constantly trying to get their attention. When we finally got his attention, his knowledge of the menu was subpar. He took forever to suggest any item on the menu and basically had just read the menu a few times in order to try and memorize the names of the dishes(so it seemed). Anyhow, we managed to get through placing our order and he left. We proceeded to try out the bread and wouldn't you know it, some were like eating raw dough and others were stale bread. Like a week old stale bread. Hard, dry and crumbly. We complained and they replaced the bread. Then the starter came. Dynamite prawns. Explosive right? I love dynamite prawns, specially those form bonsai but these prawns had gone bad. Cut into one and the stink that wafted out from it was enough to make me almost puke. Called the manager and complained. Decided that since the bread was stale, the prawns were rotten, we don't want to risk the main course so we cancelled the main course and left jardin with the hopes that we don't end up with food poisoning.
My advice to all future patrons. Avoid this place like the plague, cos you might end up getting the...
