Pizza Max - Garden West — Restaurant in Karachi Division

We visited Pizza Max Garden Branch Karachi with our office staff of 11 people, looking forward to a nice team dinner. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be nothing short of horrifying. While we were halfway through our meal, one of our team members discovered a live worm on their pizza. It was absolutely shocking and ruined the mood

What made it worse was the staff, at first they were not ready to accept, which added to our frustration.When we showed video then they accepted. For a restaurant we trusted for quality and hygiene, this was completely unacceptable.

This wasn’t just a bad experience—it’s a serious health concern. We expected Pizza Max to maintain basic cleanliness standards, especially in food preparation, but this incident showed otherwise.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before dining here. I hope the management takes this seriously and implements stricter hygiene measures before more customers are...

Condition of place: shop is beautifully decorated with plenty of sitting for families...

Service : service is slow very few waiters available on weekends..

Taste & Quality: we order seekh kabab flavor n fajita, seekh kabab taste was so good , fajita was normal...

Reachability: shop located in main road of garden opposed of kfc garden branch..

Pricing: price is reasonable, we order 2 large pizza for 2200rs..

Parking: parking is available for bike n cars for owners risk..

Wanna go again : sure whenever i want to eat pizza i...

Food delivered in more than 70 minutes, however on Cheetay app it was showing 15 min and pizza max rep told me 40 min max on call ... On PSL final day, I ordered pizza (jumbo size) which reached to me in cold state Chicken piece and fries were fully cold, Lot of oil and badly packed food made KK win badly taste To keep food warm there was none arrangements, I’m deleting Cheetay app and forgetting pizza max for ever ... God Help you and May God make you think to improve service standards instead of only eating money of customers for years and years...
