I had given a 5 star earlier, but my last experience was appalling in terms of food, service and customer handling. First of all, despite repeating 3 times, we got the wrong order, upon which I requested for the Manager, but he was to busy scrolling his phone, so he wasn't able to attend to us. We had ordered a 20 inch, split. Although my wife told me that it doesn't taste like the flavor we had ordered, but I ignored as I was confident that I had repeated the flavor 3 times. It was when I took a bite out of my slice that I realized it was not the flavor we had ordered. Despite several requests for the Manager he, didn't attend to our request. The guy took back the pizza, retopped it with just the sauce of the flavor we had ordered and brought it back after 15 minutes, which was very annoying. I requested for the Manager again, but he was too busy scrolling his TikTok or Instagram to listen to customer complaint. I personally went down and asked for him to come up twice but he was too stubborn to attend to us. Third time around he came up and said straight forward, without even listening that we had ordered the wrong pizza. Upon which I asked the person who took the order, and he acknowledged his mistake. I told him, it was not an issue, as it happens, but getting the wrong flavor second time around, was not on. To which he replied this is what it is, and also his argument was that I had already eaten out of a slice. I called on their customer service agent, and he was cherry on top. He repeated the same thing, that I had taken a bite out of the slice and meanwhile my wife had eaten half of hers, so there is nothing they can do. Read moreHave faced issues on 4 5 deliveries now. This has been extremely disappointing. Ordered at 1 am. Rider kept telling me I will receive it in 40 50 mins. After 50 mins he kept saying that he will be there in 10 mins. At 3 00 am, I gave up and went to sleep as the rider never came. At 3 25 rider started calling me that he’s outside my house and kept requesting me to receive this order or it will get cut from his salary. My guests had left and I only received it for his sake and there was no one left who could eat it.
