Falafel Pakistan - Samanabad — Restaurant in Lahore City Tehsil

I'm writing this review on Saturday 21st of October and I'm deeply saddened and distributed by the behaviour of the Falafel owner and it's staff i reached the shop at 5:50 pm and asked them for falafel wrap the staff incharge told me they were out of oil and were waiting on there delivery boy and didn't know exactly when about 15 minutes later their manager arrived I complained to him about this and I was shocked to hear when he said I am sorry for the delay but if you like I can make it for you in day old oil and my response was to leave the premises and they even tried to apologize but after wait till 6:30 and hear about the old oil I had heard enough I'm sorry to say I do not recommend falafel Pakistan to...

I ordered Samoon Dajaj, Chickfilet burger and rateeb from Falafel through their app. The food came was upto my surprise the worst i have had in a while. Samoon Dajaj was squished in the bag and was wet with the sauce, it was like eating low quality sauce with a little bit of chicken wrapped in a tortilla. Then comes the burger which was so tough that it was inedible, had to throw it away as the chicken was definitely old refried and the burger was so oily that i was loaded with stinky margarine. Only the Rateeb was edible but still I don't know why everyone is obsessed with hell a lot of sauces that destroys the flavour. All in all it was a perfect dinner disaster. Today i visited Falafel Lahore, and i have seen crowd over there so me and my friends place an order for 4 Falafel Wraps and wait for an hour but due to the pathetic service and mis management order didn't came. When we visit the counter to ask for an update they said apky baad k order choty thy wo pehle dediye tbhi means the staff guys didn't have the courtesy or appology when we asked to cancel the order they said order is ready and needs few minutes.
