Last night, was a delightful experience at "SultanShawarma" !

I ordered the following :-

The charcoal grill shawarma platter; The shawarma was perfectly cooked on the charcoal grill, giving it a delicious smoky flavor that added a whole new dimension to the dish. The meat was tender and flavorful, with a nice char on the outside. It was served with a variety of fresh veggies and a tangy sauce that complemented the flavors perfectly. Now, let's talk about those JALAPENO FRIES; They were the perfect side dish to accompany the shawarma. The fries were crispy and golden, with just the right amount of heat from the jalapeños. It added a nice kick to the meal without being overpowering. The combination of the smoky shawarma and the spicy fries was a match made in heaven. And last but not least, THE QUESADILLA; Oh boy, it was a cheese lover's dream! The quesadilla was filled with an abundance of gooey, melted cheese that oozed out with every bite. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and the cheese was so rich and flavorful. It was pure cheesy goodness !

Very Disappointing Experience with My Recent Order

I’ve been ordering from Sultan Shawarma for years, and this is definitely not my first time — I’ve always trusted your food quality. However, today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

The fries quantity was shockingly low — I had ordered two fries, but both were barely filled. There was also a huge difference in the cheese quality and quantity in both the mozzarella sticks and the quesadilla compared to my previous orders. The mozzarella sticks’ cheese especially was of very poor quality.

Additionally, I had ordered two mint margaritas, and one of them had no flavor at all — it tasted like plain mint water. I honestly don’t know if someone forgot to add soda or what happened.

When I called to complain about the fries, the person on the call simply said, “This is the quantity we give.” I politely mentioned that I’ve been a regular customer and this is not what I usually get, but the response was still dismissive.

Regular customers deserve better service and consistency. Quality should not go down like this — it truly affects trust and...
