I visited Yasir Broast Ferozpur Road Branch with my family, and unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Firstly, the quality and quantity of the food were below average, and it appeared as though the food had been reheated. The taste was not up to par, and we were disappointed with what we received.

Furthermore, when we asked the waiter to pack the leftover food, his behavior was completely unacceptable.He became visibly angry and agitated, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It was an unpleasant experience, and we did not appreciate being treated in such a disrespectful manner.

To add to our misery, when the waiter finally brought back our leftover food, it was packed in an old and stained newspaper. This is not only unappetizing but also completely unacceptable for any restaurant. As customers, we expect to receive quality food and service, and that includes the manner in which the leftover food is packed.

It is unfortunate that the staff at Yasir Broast Ferozpur Road Branch have such poor behavior towards their customers. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this was not the case during my visit. Such behavior is unacceptable and must be addressed immediately.

I would strongly advise against dining at Yasir Broast's Ferozpur Road branch. The food and service were both below a certain level of quality, and the behavior of the staff was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I've had three disappointing experiences with different meals, each time due to poor service and food quality:

Once, while sitting in my car, I asked a waiter to bring me two burgers to dine in the car. He went to place the order and brought me the bill, asking for payment upfront. After taking my money, he never returned. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I realized he had run off with my 1000 rupees. When I reported this at reception, I questioned why people posing as waiters were allowed to scam customers, but I didn’t get my money back. While I blamed myself for paying before receiving the food, there should be better oversight to prevent such incidents involving fake waiters.

On another occasion, I went to the hotel with my family to have Chicken Karahi. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture, but I found hair in both the naan and the Karahi. This seemed to be a common issue, as the kitchen staff did not consistently wear hygiene caps.

My friend once took me there for a BBQ burger. We asked for the food to be served at the table, but they brought everything in takeout packaging after what felt like an eternity.
