AlMaida Restaurant & Function Hall — Restaurant in Multan Saddar Tehsil

I had a chance to visit this restaurant today (24 October 2024). We chose the Item "JANGLI PULAO" and order for the same. After sometime, the waiter presented us the dish. Having a look on the served rice, we were quite surprised as they brought "Biryani" with some toppings of garnish. Upon inquiring, the manager told that this is actually the "JANGLI PULAO". He has no regrets. We didn't debate as we were running short of time. After finishing the meal, we again had a discussion as a closing meeting with the same person. He quickly agreed that they served us with the biryani with some toppings. I also called the senior manager Mr. Abdul Waheed to discuss the matter in detail. He also agreed with us but not as rigid as expected.

The point is, they are looting the people by deceiving as there is contradiction in the menu and the served dishes.

They must look into the matter and cordially accept their mistakes as nobody is perfect.
